@cvanheel Thanks! It was indeed -- but that's not saying that much because I seem to do that about once every 3 miles! I love driving the back roads of North America, there's just so much to see!
Fortunately it was very quiet on the road so there was no problem standing in the middle of the road for a few minutes with my camera. It was such a hot afternoon and there was so much contrast that even straight out of camera it was virtually black and white.
Wow. Love the b/w with so many shades of black, white, and gray. Lucky you were in a car and not on a bicycle for this one. Couldn't imaging riding those hills
this is absolutely STUNNING!.......so glad you got in harm's way for the shot!......luckily with no cars coming. The line just draws your eye all the way down the road and into those fabulous fog-laden trees.......just beautiful work!
