Clouds - March Challenge (with added parrots)

The sky outside is full of clouds - so many of them that it's just grey and boring. Magic and I decided to investigate where else in Australia it is cloudy. The Bureau of Meteorology website suggests it's quite a cloudy continent at the moment!
