This pic was difficult. Thinking of a reason to love being me was hard today to start with. Then thinking of something I could photograph to represent it. I think this conveys the feeling I want to express - that I am glad I learned compassion, and have the strength, sometimes, to practice it.

this heart shape out of the hands could be difficult to make. as to the struggle with this challenge theme, yes, it is quite hard. but you're smart and you always come up with the right idea at the right time. hope you're feeling better.
Great shot and I love the quote on the photo and your write up is fantastic as well. I think we all find it hard to find something about ourselves that we like. For me, I honestly don't like much about myself and am surprised that others like me, but that's me. This is about you and your photo which is perfect. Fantastic shadow shot. It's so sharp.
