It appears I'm not very good with white balances, given that I used the same backing card for each pic this week, and got seven different shades of white!
Gosh yes what a lot of difference...! Each one is great and the week looks super. The backgrounds of my shots this month are all very different.. I tried to make them blend to start with them gave up and decided to enjoy the variety!
Yeah, I never would have guessed it was the same background. I never tried to pare a picture down as much as you have this month but I like the effect you have gotten, like magazine ads.
Hmmm...I'm no expert but not only distance and focus but even the time of day you took the shot could change the tone of your background- and the lighting in the room where you took the shot too. Lot's of variables. I guess that's where a light meter might have come in handy. But the week still looks great and the pattern is perfectly clear.
