Today's been really good :)
I took time off work this morning to Skype kids at a rural school and talk about science with them, then met a friend for lunch at a veggie cafe I've been wanting to explore for ages, had a massage and found sushi ingredients at the supermarket so now I can try to make some for myself, after enjoying vegan sushi at a cafe in Daylesford... this could have interesting (but hopefully tasty) results :)
@gmost I think sushi rice is different to 'normal' rice - it seems to have chunkier, stickier grains... I'll see what this rice turns out like after cooking and let you know!
Skype kids to teach Science? That sounds interesting. I wonder if your stuff is gluten free? Alot of time, Asian food is not, if they put soy sauce or teriyaki sauce...because alot of those have wheat. I love asian food!
@kittikat Cool thanks for the info :) I'm not a fan of hot spices so don't usually eat wasabi. I might give it a go once I've got the sushi sorted... mostly I just add soy sauce.
