Magic has recovered from yesterday's egg-laying antics and is out and about today. (We're not sure if there are any more eggs to come - last year she laid two, but that was the first year she'd ever laid any eggs, so we'll have to wait and find out!)
@sangwann A male would mean fertilised eggs, followed by babies. I'd never have the heart to find them new homes, so our house would quickly be overtaken! It's difficult enough keeping up with two of them!
@altadc No baby Magics - we only have girls, so the eggs are unfertilised. If we had baby Magics (and baby Phoenixs) we'd never be able to part with them and would have a house full of parrots! (Plus Magic doesn't quite know what to do with the eggs once she lays them - she just rolls them around a bit, then ignores them!).
