@pyrrhula We sometimes get the purple/black ones here too - I like them because they turn everything else purple too! @olivetreeann See the next pic to find out what they turned into! I did taste test them while preparing it. The lighter carrots had a stronger, almost spicy flavour, while the darker ones just tasted carrotty.
