@catsmeowb They're about the same size. The differences are quite subtle. Phoenix is a bit more yellow in her wing feathers, she has darker feet than Magic, and a ring on her left leg. She also has a groove down one side of her beak (you can just see it in this pic, leading to her nare = nostril). She's also usually sleeker looking, and more likely to be found on my head or a perch.
Magic tends to be fluffier, and is more likely to be snuggling or sitting on hands, shoulders or tummies. She has much pinker feet than Phoenix. Magic also usually attacks the camera, so if the picture is clear and sharp, it's probably of Phoenix :)
In person, they're fairly easy to tell apart most of the time - they have different voices and personalities.
