I am posting pictures today and tomorrow, of what has been taken during the week., not because I can't take another picture but as I want to share these pictures.
Well, each picture has a story....
As usual time being in short supply... I set out late evening, dodging the traffic hour, feeling very clever. I wanted to get my my son the Chennai Superkings, the IPL(Indian Premier League) jersey. The jersey in his size wasn't available. In all my cleverness, feeling let down, I stepped out of the Reebok showroom.
This is an old area of Mumbai, called Colaba Causeway, a stone's throw from The Gateway of India, so a tourist haven as well.Here, all the Sports shops, Reebok, Nike , all lined up, and on the footpath, little stalls with all sorts if things and interesting trinkets for a bargain. It is a very colourful and crowded footpath.
As I stepped off the kerb, I turned back and this glint of light caught my eye....A picture calling again.... I knew....
My daughter, turned back looking for me... And a knowing smile she gave me.... knowing a new love has gripped me.... ;)

All these bead and crystal chains looked brilliant in the light. What you see as light, are clear quartz necklaces... :) He is a Chennai Superkings supporter, i think he refers the players. He is happy, got a Superkings cushion at the lunch.
