Old father thames was looking rather fine this evening, so I had to stop by on my walk home from the station and take a photo - thus relegating my original pic for the day to the "has-been's" folder!
After work, I had walked once again down to Tower Bridge and took a couple of silhouette photos before jumping on the train home - as I approached my station, I noticed the setting sun and just had to grab a snap.
I know this is very, very similar to my photo taken exactly 2 weeks ago (almost to the exact time), but hey... It's my first "proper" sunset pic of the year and I think the water looks great - almost good enough for a swim although you'd actually be mad to jump in!!
The River looks stunning! so many gorgeous London and near by sunsets today on here - shame you had to work today it was great. maybe the weather for tomorrow is wrong? fingers crossed coz i'm off work again :D
