Little time for a photo today, so I stopped off by the river whilst on the way around to see Sangeeta to photograph the setting sun.
I noticed this CCTV pole and thought it would help break up the view.
Despite being on annual leave, I'd spent the best part of 6 hours taking part in a census training course...!!! For those not in the know, 2011 is census year in the UK and about 30,000 census collectors are required for about a month's work visiting all the households who haven't returned their form.
It's an easy job and I did the same in 2001 so thought with a wedding coming up, I'd apply again and earn a few bob... The course really didn't need to be 6 hours but suppose the trainers have to justify their salary to the Govt (whoops.. it's not a Govt survey, it'a a parliamentary survey!!!!)
