It's Getting Chilli...

Winter finally arrived yesterday with ice cold winds and night temperatures just above freezing... No wind today so it felt quite a bit warmer, but it's still chilli.. whoops,chilly out there...

Back to the gym today, first time in over 2 months.. Didn't do much, just reintroduced myself to the various weight machines before getting to know the sauna and steam room again.

At the work's children's Christmas party tomorrow... Our biggest guy is dressing up as Santa.. So expect some Christmassy type pic tomorrow...
