Although I'm a Nikon user, when my Dad died last year I inherited his Canon 1000... Quite old but it still takes a decent pic.
Sangeeta now has the camera but I spotted a deal online for a nifty fifty the other day so ordered one..
The lens arrived in double quick time so today I tested it out on my colleague... I'm at a work's kids Eid party tomorrow so will give it another run out...
beautiful portrait - i love my 50, but i am still trying to get used to ME actually having to move my fat-a$# around (instead of being able to move the lens in and out of distance)....lol
(And is the deal still going? I'll have a newborn to photograph in November ...)
