I was on a leadership course with all the other managers from work today, it was a follow up to the two day session last month...
One of the tasks was to work as a team to lift and pass each person through a mesh where some holes were larger than others and at various heights.. No hole could be used twice..
We completed the task more or less without cheating, but I'm not quite sure how touching some of my colleagues in certain unmentionable areas will improve my leaderships qualities :-)... Plus a 16 stone bloke is a bloody heavy thing to lift even with about 6 of us heaving...
