Travelling on the Kings Highway to Braidwood

This was taken about 5 minutes out from the town of Braidwood N.S.W along Kings Highway.

The Kings Highway is the main east-west road between Batemans Bay on the NSW South Coast and the Australian Capital Territory (Canberra). The Highway is 137 kilometres long and links towns and cities such as Canberra, Queanbeyan, Bungendore, Braidwood, Nelligen and Batemans Bay.
The landscape changes dramatically in those 137km.

Acollage of b&w edits of this image - it is amazing how editing can dramatically change an image too.

Great textures....and sky. Again looks very familiar to many of our parts of Oregon. We have Ocean, Mountains, Valley, deserts, lush forests, plains, farm land, ranches, pine trees on one of the mountains and fir trees just over the ridge on the other side....sorry, I get carried away. :)
