I find the fact that some people have got that sort of money to spend on a toy while others sleep in the streets quite obscene. I'm no fan of The Donald, but he's sure hammering a sore point about inequality very effectively. PS I don't want a bloody boat anyway, I get awfully seasick.
@golftragic I agree with you about the amount of money that some have to squander like this - it turned my stomach when I found out the cost of so many of these boats.
@annied My blood boils and I start thinking all kinds of anti-social things. The trend of increasing inequality in Australia (as shown in Gini Coefficients) is very worrying. High levels of inequality do not make for a pleasant, caring, fair or productive society.
