Crispbread by atchoo


Since I've killed my sourdough starter I decided to make something totally different this afternoon: Homemade crispbread made from organic seeds, homegrinded dalar wheat and svedjerug (a special kind of rye) … They were very easy to make and ended up being very crisp and tasty - they actually turned out better, than I expected…

Gear used: Olympus OM-D E-M5 + Olympus MMF-3 Four Thirds adapter + Olympus Zuiko f3.5/35mm Macro.
great with a chunk of cheddar cheese,yummy.
