Bus shelter with thatched roof - 03-4

Today’s bus shelter is unusual as it is thatched. Still a wooden frame with feather edge cladding. There are two thatched shelters in this village I am sure the other one will feature later on in the month. There is a plaque on this one saying that it was renovated to commemorate Her Majesty Queen Elisabeth’s Silver Jubilee in 1977.
I've lived in smaller flats than this! What a wonderful characterful bus shelter.

This is a wonderful bus shelter, very unusual being thatched. Are there many thatched houses in the village so it would fit in nicely

@ch1ppy_m1nton @gerry I expect there are people living in bush shelter all across the country at some time. This would be for the upper class type though. It is in a small village of Teffont in Wiltshire.
