Toadstool - 08-10

This toadstool is in our gateway and could have qualified for my "wonder of the day" as I wonder what sort of toadstool is it and could I eat it?

Nope, I wouldn't touch it either. The only fungii I eat are the ones out of a supermarket :-) Great spot, though!

@arncliffe @happypat @snaggy @mcmary I would not really try it. I would eat what I, hopefully, can recognise as a wild mushroom. But as far as some of the ones in the supermarket they look deadly:)

I wouldn't eat it...at least not until you research it. It is very unusual. I have seen so many unusual ones on 365....this is quite unique! While scrolling down to view it (my scroll is slow) I had not idea it would be a toadstool. Really great capture!
