The great storm - 28-10

My best shot at the great storm photo. The road I travel to work was blocked by the the police because there was an unsafe tree. Its the one leaning on the left.

I think the majority of places didn't suffer as much as was expected, but awful that some people have lost their lives. Have they cut this tree down now?

That policeman is straight in the line of fire....shame that the wind has brought down this tree, it does look very unstable.

It's lucky it didn't come down on someone! We luckily missed the storm at this end of the country.

This would make an excellent newsworthy shot with the tree and policeman in it.
Too bad that tree came down though.
