@helenam sorry I accidentally deleted you comment on my man bags post. I didn't know you could do that. To answer your question from there. I do not ask their permission. If I did the moment would be gone. People act instantly different if you ask. In the majority of cases they won even know I was there or if they do that I am taking their photo. As far as I know as long as know as long as they are in a public place it is not illegal and as long as the photos are not used for commercial use you do not need their permission to post. The main thing to remember is be respectful. If I thought the photo might cause upset I probably wouldn't take it and certainly wouldn't post it.
