Not too shabby indeed! You certainly filled the frame beautifully with this one...but then I look at your dog in the picture there to the left and I wonder how he fared with all that going on outside!
love it, love it. i shot lightning not long ago, and it was difficult to capture the magnificence of it...i would wait, and then get distracted just as it was flashing. :) this photo is beautiful.

And that flower, the ribbon-y one, is called a cockscomb. I love them as they are so cool and so unusual.
