After five years of very hard work, Ben has his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland. Today was his dissertation defense which was done remotely. After it was over, he quickly shed his coat and tie, so any photos that look more official will have to wait till graduation in December. We are so proud of him! The celebration afterwards with friends and family was well deserved.
@narayani thank you we’re very proud of him. I certainly could never have been that focused at that age or any age! He’s so glad to be finished and more than ready to join the working world again.
