Last week Peggy, Tonya and I decided that we needed to learn how to make pierogies. Tonya has such fond memories of watching her grandmother make them. My family never made them, so I’ve only had the frozen ones. These were stuffed with mashed potato and cheese and they were fabulous. Such comfort food!
