Have to admit my first thought was exactly what I then saw Narayani had written LOL. I can certainly live without the sauerkraut in my diet, and pork is not my favourite either, although your photo makes it look moist and delicious.
@narayani@swchappell@anniesue@seacreature our German ancestors brought the tradition here and it’s stood the test of time. I add a bit of brown sugar, apple and beer to my sauerkraut so it’s not as sour as you might expect.
