I've been playing in Photoshop as you can see. I mess around and then don't know if I like the end result or not. What do you think, feel free to be honest.
I love it, love the processing and love the idea of the shadow being a new bud, love it. I wonder what it would be like the other way round with a shadow of the rose picture of bud :-)
The colours you have chose are absolutely gorgeous & complement each other so well. Great texture!
Photo wise, maybe a tad more light on the bud?? But that's minor - it's a lovely image.
@canberrabec You're brilliant Bec, I just tried that and it looks much better. I don't know how to update the pic without losing comments though. I saw it on a thread somewhere.
I like it! Great job Sheralee! I asked Bec this same Q earlier too...were the textures you used already in PS or did you download them Sheralee? I haven't really found any yet that I really like that are already in PS (or maybe I haven't played around enough!). Maybe I need to download some...
@cocorose I downloaded that one Bec. I haven't actually used any PS ones but I really haven't done much with textures at all. I love what I see others do like Bec's photo that you are talking about.
I think the processing is amazing, it makes the picture so dreamy! Only, the bud looks a bit like a strange shadow... Or is it a strange shadow? Because of the textures this looks more like a flat surface picture and then you expect a shadow of some kind, I think.
Delicate and beautiful. Well done on the processing too. I also struggle with too much editing as I lose sight with what I'm doing and then don't know when to stop. You didn't overdo it here, it's just right.
@bella_ss there is a way to change photos Sheralee - I've done it myself. Go to the Edit in Picnik tab under the ACE tools on the right hand side of your photo. Click on the "EDIT MODE" tab down the bottom of your next window. Click on UPLOAD photos (tab beside photo bucket tab) and select your new photo. Should change photos without losing comments. Hope this works - it's been a while since I did it. I love your rose BTW
