Swimming in the middle of nowhere

This has a surreal quality to me, it just doesn't seem right to be swimming out in the middle of this huge lake. Some people even took their toddlers in, I would have been too nervous.

This does look surreal. Bit like my 2 and 5 yr olds swimming lessons with noodles as we call them in the Uk but in a lake...surreal indeed!

Well, at least there aren't any sharks or jellyfish to worry about in a lake ;-) I would say they're having a fun time. You did well in capturing the surreal colors and patterns of the water.

@terryliv They stop out in the middle of Lake Argyle for everyone to have a swim (it's quite hot). The swimmers are given their drinks first so it sort of encourages people to get it... not me though :) Some of them have a glass of wine in their hand, some have a beer.
