You need to get in quick if you want this little gem. It's up for auction very soon. This is very typical of the houses built here maybe 100 years ago. Being a gold mining town these were known as "miner's cottages". This is the back, the front is possibly a little more welcoming.
I wonder how much it will go for. I guess it will be demolished and make way for a modern house. That happens on the waterfront here. The land is worth a fortune and the shack on the property disappears.
@onewing That probably won't happen here Babs, this being a little country town. David has taken on projects like this and you wouldn't recognise them when he's done (he's a builder).
