The little Blue Banded Bees are attracted to blue flowers, they love my blue salvias. Lovely image Sheralee :)

@hermann These ones don't actually have the blue bands, they are more green than blue but they look just like the blue banded. I haven't actually found any photos that are quite the same. They also like lavender when I had it.

How would you feel about trying out some home made filters for your get pushed challenge this week. You use layers and textures in your processing, so I think you might enjoy playing with the effects you can get in camera. This could be anything from shooting through a piece of lace, a bottle or glass, cellophane sweet wrappers absolutely anything you can think of.

Let me know if this does not suit and I will come up with an alternative.
