First ducklings of the year that I have seen on the Mohawk River. I didn’t want to kayak too close but it was windy on the open water, I needed to hug the shoreline, was thankful for the telephoto. They did great keeping up with Mama.
Three good things:
1. A great morning on the water with friends
2. The kayak roller ramp launch is back this year
3. Iced coffee after paddling
