I live in the suburbs of Phoenix. Unfortunately, my neighborhood does not look like this, but a 20 minute drive takes me to landscapes such as this.

@cocobella ya, sometimes too far west. I go through phases where I yearn for green! But this desert is pretty green as far as desert's go.

I don't know why, I love desert. My best loved trips were there: Arizona, the Death Valley, and the Sahara... This is a beautiful shot and makes me longing to go there again.
