Globe Chamomile, aka Stinknet

I really like the way these flowers look, but they are unfortunately bad for the desert. They are an invasive weed (native to So. Africa) and once they dry out, they are prone to burn. These guys are the culprits of desert wildfires.

It's really interesting. The invasive species look often amazing. And when you don't know them, you can spontaneously admire them. When you know them, it's more complicated...
