Portrait of the Artist as a Young Girl

From the looks of the tool she's using, you can tell she's serious! Good for her :) May she continue to learn and grow into a successful artist. :)
Nice shot, Brad. :)

Oh I used to love drawing with the burnt end of a stick! haha, who am I kidding, I'd still do it! Great shot.

I adore your title. Very sweet. And I'm glad you got a laugh about the awning lights. Truth be known, those are the super serious campers that I'm always a bit jealous of as I climb into my tent at night. :)

Who needs those fancy pieces of charcoal you buy when you have a burnt stick!! What a creative little artist you have, great pic!
July 29th, 2010
you're the number one on the family portrait, nice!
July 29th, 2010
Awww...so sweet! I always notice the sidewalk chalk that the neighborhood children do in their drives. It's just fun to look at it all...to see their creativity. Cool idea for a picture...and the caption is as usual perfect.

You were right about Dill with that first comment...he's a slave to his stomach! And yes, he *does* talk to me like that!

When you have the talent and the drive, it's impossible to keep a lid on it... You may want to take Carly to Art Supply Warehouse...just sayin'...

a budding artist captured... very nice shot, brad....
July 29th, 2010
So cool to see a child doing this instead of playing on a wii all day! She is quite a talent I see in music and art :-)

I see her hands in this photo. Why not tag it as "theme-hands" -- because she has "TALENTED HANDS".......
