Space Station by bradsworld

Space Station

A headlight of a Toyota shot at night on a car lot. I cropped it a bit and turned the color temperature down a good deal.
Cool shot - you'd never know what it was without the explanation. Well... my husband probably would - he's such a 'car' guy. :-)

very nice! I like the light refractions.

@suelbiz47 - I'm often reluctant to explain what a shot like this actually is. Once you know, your brain starts putting the picture together in that way and it becomes more difficult to see it any other way.

funkadelic!

@bradsworld ... I never thought of that but you're right. I did start to see the headlight glass right away after I read your caption.

Wow! This is really fascinating! I think it's fun to let people decide what they see in the more abstract type of pictures. Personally, I'm having a hard time trying to figure out what I'm looking at. Ha! My brain has it's own reality. ;-)

Very cool

What an amazing shot. I would have never guest it was a headlight.

I love headlights and their lenses, but like my favorite songs, I really don't want to know what they mean, at least not until I decide I'm ready. Of course, most artists don't consult me to determine if I'm ready or not. ;o)

Really cool shot. I studied it, like I usually do weird photos, and don't read the caption until I'm ready, so... no harm, no foul.

Wow! That's a great effect - nice work!

I never would have guessed that's what that was....it looks all science fiction-y. You, sir, are a Master at making the mundane look cool! :)

Oooh, love shiny sparkly things!
November 19th, 2010
Don't know what angle you took this at but it doesn't look like a normal headlight to me. It looks like many together...cool!!!
November 19th, 2010
That's a really creative shot. it does look like a space station. Good work
November 19th, 2010
interesting picture. When I was looking at the thumb nail of the picture I thought it was a stringy melted glass web spun by some glass blowing spider - from space.

Very very cool!! Mnogo dobro!

Nifty photo and you are right about captioning! I was afraid to even title my Tree Trails photo but I went ahead and did it anyway. =)
