Technically no long black and white .. meh!

My friends have bought some amazing coastal property that they will eventually build on and live in. In the mean time it comes complete with a somewhat rough bach (read- fall down holiday house for out-of-towners!) that they will sprouse up and rent out in the short term. This is the kitchen window.
