I'm not really one to take pictures of my food - in fact it's normally gone before I remember to take out my camera but this one was a health kick. I did my second session of the super intensive Hiit Class at my gym club. It's soooo hard but as I've been once before I now know that I have to pace myself in order to keep up and this is what I did. I'm booked on to next week's session already and felt great (if a little tired and achy) after my session. I decided to eat healthy this evening with roasted fish, stir fried vegetables and a super healthy nutribullet drink which had fruit in it, a large handful of raw spinach and a light squeeze of lemon. Lip smackingly good.
