Grace and I went to one of the larger malls..one we hadn't been in awhile. surprise surprise it was all new renovated. our main reason for visiting a mall is not necessary shopping but walking. it's too cold out to go for a long walk..so we like to combine window shopping with walking the isles in a mall. mind you one doesn't get away without purchasing something especially now since so many items \\\are reduced by 60 - 70 procent.. it was starting to get dark already when I noticed the cloud formation.
Great shot- those clouds look low! Mall walking is a big thing here. Walkers are allowed into the Mall early so they can walk through the corridors without being in anyone's way.
@olivetreeann Hi Ann. yes the malls here are open early as well for people do get their exercise...once in a while my daughter Grace and I in the wintertime drive into the ciity of Toronto to the Eaton's centre (see my christmas pictures of the centre) where we can walk not just in the very big and imposing mall but also underground for many many kilometers. I just goodled the pathway..this is what it says: the city of Toronto's downtown path links 27 km. of underground shopping, services and entertainment. at certain areas you can get up to the street level..the path runs along Yonge Street and the Bay Stree area. you also can get up to the CN tower and the famous Rogers Centre from there. for more information if interested here is the URL. http://www.google.ca/search?sourceid=navclient&hl=en-GB&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1T4ADRA_enCA410CA410&q=toronto+downtown+walkways
