I don't know if it's the same hawk but he was sitting right in front of our sliding door to our deck. he came knocking on the door so to speak...well he flew against the pane in the door which knocked him out -poor bird- but it gave me lots of time to take a few pictures again. after a little while he flew away.
We have birds that fly into the windows of our cathedral ceiling all the time. Some make it, some don't. But if he flew away, I'm pretty sure he's ok. What a great photo opp though! Nice shot!
