I needed a bit of a pick me up and what better way than to have your hair color changed. this is the new look.
we've another cold but sunny day. the sunshine is slowly melting away the heavy snow resting on the our fur trees.
@espyetta@allie912@gijsje@rhos@archaeofrog my friends I'm so happy you like it..usually I color my hair myself but this time I went to a good hairdresser and had it done. he suggested the darker color and the lighter streaks. It might take awhile till I get used to the new look.
@digitalrn Thank you Rick. the change in color made me feel good. the hairdresser said the hair especiallly the grey and white which I have around my face (wouldn't you know no grey at the back of my head) turned brittle which made it feel like straw could be from taking medications.
@leilaboyd Thank you Leila...spunky is always good.. I tell you it takes a bit to get used to the colour and matching lipstick and make up (I hardly wear any though)
You look wonderful, Bruni! I see that you had some complications with the surgery and hope that all goes well from here on. I am slowly going crazy without my camera and lens. No word from Nikon yet .. and am very upset with their lack of service and caring. But, I wanted to say that I love your photo and new hair color. PLEASE take care ... have missed all of your photos very much!!
@suelbiz47 Sue I have to get used to it..everytime I pass a mirror I have a critical look at myself..it is a little darker than the way the picture turned out. there was a lot of overhead light in the bathroom. thank you for commenting on it..always so much appreciated.
@karenann Karen had to check real quick ..it's almost a month ago that you posted your last picture..so what's keeping Nikon? did they have to send it away for service? I'm so glad we kept the little Kodak Easyshare camera although it fell twice and couldn't be fixed Hans played around with it and it still partially works..comes in handy when I go for a walk..hate to carry the big Canon around my neck. thank you Karen for dropping by..I hope it won't take too much longer before you have your camera back.
