Skydiving anyone

This little airport is located 10 minutes drive away from home and 40 minutes from Toronto. it's well known as the home of the Parachute School of Toronto, one of the best skydiving training centres in Ontario, even Canada, to make your first jump. this is a drive-by picture.
i always enjoy seeing your pics of places i know so well!

Nice shot of the snow! We are expecting some big snow in NJ here today and tomorrow the weatherman says.

Great capture.

Very interesting. You couldn't get me up in one of those little planes, much less in a parachute!

Lovely picture. It is nice to see all the places you live near. Don't think I would want to go flying in all this snow. katharine

@smiffy37 Eileen. the weather has warmed up a bi. today it's minus 29 with the wind chill factor. some other parts of Canada are much, much colder. Winnipeg for instance had minus 48 Celsius with the wind chill factor on New Years Eave. not reported in the last 80 years they say.

nice composition - but a little cool to go sky diving :)

Doesn't look like the weather is conducive to take off! But not to worry- there is no way you'd get me to jump OUT of a plane!

I often said it is one thing I would like to do one day, but I would probably need someone to push me out the door

What a great capture and love the untouched snow. It is so beautiful. You sure have had some cold weather. It was 63 mid day today and in the low 30's this morning so I will not complain. Woke to seeing the USA with many flight cancellations due to the weather. Our West Coast lacks rain and snow right now. Hoping this changes. Hoping you get warmer there and loving your new heater.

Interesting scene with all the snow covered planes & equipment. I can't get over all the snow. I agree with Ann -- no way you'd catch me sky diving or parachuting ...LOL

@cimes1 Same here..I'm afraid of heights in the first place..I would never jump our of a plane for pleasure.
