Coming along with the pictures of the apartment.
A nice spacious and bright kitchen with oodles of cupboard space. the bedroom doors are to the left and right of the open space on the other side, which can be suitable for a kitchen table and four chairs. lots of room. oh, and if you wonder what the door is on the far right in picture 2...it's a former sauna, no longer in use and can be a cold storage and/or general storage area.

If your new tenant does not appreciate this lovely place, I'll say she's crazy!! But I have a feeling she will and she'll also take good care of it for you. You've done a beautiful job on the renovation and have every reason to be proud!
