....always ready to take a nap these days. today was the first day where I was allowed to take a shower. boy have I missed them. not allowed to lift my left arm for the next four weeks higher than my shoulder and reaching with this arm behind my back; dressing, therefore, is a pain.

What a cute dog! I can't say I know exactly how you feel but I do have many days when all I can do is lay around like a couch potato because my back needs all the heat it can get. I hope that you are recovering nicely. Is your trip still on?
