2nd collage of Oia, Santarino Greece by bruni

2nd collage of Oia, Santarino Greece

the picture on the bottom right is of a cable car. to get from our Port of Call to Santarino we went by boat and from there by bus and the rest we ha to walk up hill. to get down their were two choices. either by cable car (and I'm afraid of heights and had to close my eyes on the way down) or by horseback. I preferred the cable car.
Fav. collage of those beautiful views and capture of Greece.

Beautiful collage! The windmills remind me of Mykonos but I don't think there was a mountain with a cable car on that island.

@olivetreeann Ann, that particular design windmill I've seen a few times elsewhere as well, but I had to double check. I took 18 pictures in all and can easily make a mistake. yes, definitely in Oia Santariono. we docked in Argostoli, Greece and took a water taxi, then a private bus. it was one deal. return, as I mentioned, by cable car. there no roads down unless ride a horse or donkey.

Wonderful collage of beautiful Santorini. Oia is known for having some of the best sunsets of the world. Love the church in the middle.

@bruni I'm sure it is a popular design and I recognized it was not Mykonos mostly because of the cable car! You were very brave to ride it down (they make me a bit queasy too!).
