Well there is always a first. awhile back our daughter brought us a bottle of white wine. it was very close to a Riesling we're used to from Germany. It's a semi-sweet wine which we drink at room temperature.
When we told her we decided on getting a batch for ourselves, she gave us about 8 shy of 30 empty bottles. the batch comes in 30 bottles.
The wine shop we used is called "The Finest Wine Shoppe". it has the latest equipment for bottling wine.
The customer orders the wine to their taste and waits till they call you for bottling it. yesterday we received the call that the wine was ready to be bottled. now that is our job. I must say we did very well. it took us only 40 minutes. that's due to team work.
