The third building looks interesting so I decided to further investigate it. going for an early evening stroll, we came finally got close to it. what I saw is that this building appears to be slightly crooked. it curves from the bottom up and looks like it's going to tip over, but the gravity is still in the center of the building. have you ever seen anything like it?
