Great shot for Burns Night. I nearly got the bottle of Edradour out for my photo today, an un-opened bottle bought about 25 years ago which we said would be opened "on a special occasion" but never had. The distillery was lovely to visit and I remember the whisky being the smoothest I ever had. (Ps think spell check has done something to your spelling of whisky Bulldog!!!)

Unfortunately I was unable to drink any last night as I have to drive into London village to collect my son from a night out. He was not ready until about 1am (the little sod).
Anyway, I intend to make up for it tonight and Mrs B is cooking Haggis, clapshot and whisky sauce (with the cheep whisky I hasten to add).
