Apr 25: Anzac by bulldog

Apr 25: Anzac

Who can believe how lucky I was to get photo-bombed by a Kangaroo, in the middle of Hemel Hempstead!

So this is my attempt at Anzac and here is a better version of the Memorial: http://365project.org/bulldog/365/2013-04-25
Very good.

@bulldog here is the recipe - now isn't it the least you can do for Darling Pig?
3 cups wholemeal flour
1 1/2 cups corn meal (or polenta)
1 cup rice flour or ground rice
I cup chicken stock
1/2 cup milk
2 oz melted butter
tablespoon grated cheese
1 egg plus extra yolk
Mix all together, knead to dough and roll out to 1/2 inch think, cut into biscuit sizes, then bake in moderate oven for 30mins to 1 hour until baked hard. Wait till cold then try one on the dogs!
Makes quite a lot.
