Only three days to go on the July Movie challenge and the sun has left High Wycombe.
I just went out to pick my son up and all I saw were 'City Red Lights' (or a word that rhymes with city). And yes, it realy was that dark at 13:50 today!
Has anyone got any ideas for the August challenge? If not, I may go for 'Holiday' as it is that time of year.
When I saw the lightning in the sky here this afternoon I was sure you would be doing 'Days of Thunder' for your film... City Lights works well though, even if (being ignorant) I've not heard of the film. Wycombe looks almost deserted.
I sometimes call them city red lights too. (or something that rhymes with it!) I've seen a monthly theme about olympics... I'll go see if I can find it. I'm only a week or two off my 366 so I'm going to do my own thing and try to get a few more ticked off my list....
Thanks mittens/Tricia and it was Linda. I can take 'regular' photos Lyn, this was the aim of me joining 235(6) but it appears to have gone wrong somewhere along the line. @mittens@ariel817@lyno@triciaodonnell
Used to live in Wycombe is that taken coming down Amersham hill having passed the station road - though don't remember that round building on the left :)
It is Erica and I think the round building has been there for years?
And this used to be the busy end (with the railway station) but a few years ago, they build a massive shopping centre at the other end of two that completely killed the High Street. A real shame.
And thanks for the link Phil, I may have to join in with that.
