If you imagine that Lincoln is in a bow,l my route to & from work goes from one bowl lip, down into the bowl & up the other side, I could see this spectacle from the opposite side! It seems that the cathedral as part of its renovation has some new flood lights, paid for by lottery money. While ordinarily it will be lit by white lights, this week they have been showcasing the other colours too - interesting!
