Little acorn tree

The first of the acorns I potted last year has germinated and hopefully on its way to become a mighty oak

Thank you. I potted about 100 acorns last autumn I wonder how many will germinate? I grow them in pots for a couple of years then plant where we need replacements

@careymartin not sure if I’ll ever see the fruition of my efforts 😆 and I hope climate change doesn’t effect too much where the oaks can grow. This year the germination rate so far isn’t great
